If for any reason your piece is not everything you hoped it would be, we will make it right; simply and thoughtfully.
Return & Exchange Details
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within
30 days of delivery.
Each piece must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, with all labels and packaging intact, just as it arrived.
Because every design in our collection is created with intention and authenticity, custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
How To Begin
Please reach out to us at info@myhometeamturf.com within 30 days of receiving your piece. Our team will gladly respond within 24 hours to guide you through the simple return process and help coordinate pickup from your home, workplace, or preferred location.
If you have the original packaging, that is ideal, but if not, we will happily suggest safe alternatives for return shipping.
Refunds
We stand behind our craftsmanship and our fans, always.
Once your return is initiated and received by our team, your refund will be processed immediately and without hesitation.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and you will receive confirmation as soon as the refund has been initiated through email.
My Home Team Turf™ covers there cost of return shipping within the United States, though original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
